Colwick Hall Hotel has a wealth of history and its story continues to unfold daily as they welcome visitors from across the world to their superb conference centre, wedding venue, hotel and restaurant. You and your guest will enjoy the quintessentially British institution that is afternoon tea. You will be served a selection of finger sandwiches and savoury which include roast beef and horseradish on onion bread, cucumber and chive crème fraiche on wholemeal bread, cured smoked salmon and lemon mayonnaise on rye bread, Colwick cheese and tomato tart and leek and stilton quiche. This will then be followed by a selection of homemade cakes and deserts which include chocolate cup filled with strawberry cream cheese and a strawberry compote, homemade candyfloss, lemon shortbread finger, vanilla and chocolate macaroon and warm scones served with summer berry jam, apple and meadowsweet compote with Devonshire clotted cream. A selection of teas and coffees are also available. You will of course be served with a glass of sparkling wine to complement your afternoon tea.
