Caterham manufacture lightweight sports cars and they produce just one model, the Caterham Seven. Based upon the Lotus 7 that was designed by Colin Chapman in the late 1960s this legendary car can give supercars three times its price a run for their money. The most outstanding fact about this car is that it can accelerate from a standstill to 100mph and back to nought again in 10.73 seconds. If that doesn't whet your appetite how about being able to drive it for eight whole laps! You'll be smiling from ear to ear once you step out of the car. Your experience will begin with a welcome, introduction and safety briefing followed by a two lap demonstration with an instructor in a performance training car so that you can learn the fastest and safest lines. Then it will be time to get behind the wheel of a fantastic Caterham for two sessions of four laps. To finish there will be a debrief and you will be given an individual drivers certificate. The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident.
