Jane boot camp runs from Friday to Friday and is a residential female-only course of high intensity physical training supported by an expert team of trainers serving in the British Armed Forces to help you achieve your goals. Included is shared accommodation meditation and massage sessions and all of your meals. You will take part in a range of activities from assault courses circuits netball and dance with guaranteed fun and laughter along the way. You WILL lose weight and inches on this intense week-long course.
