Their elegant Tasting Room is the perfect place to wind down and relax whilst tasting your cheeses with accompanying wines. The tasting tuition begins with a glass of wine on arrival, then you will be seated around the magnificent, 100 year old, half-tonne, old English oak wood table. You'll be surrounded with an atmosphere befitting both the fun element of the food and drink and the style of the quality of product. You will be presented with four cheeses, each accompanied with tasting notes and a matching wine. Your expert tutor will talk you through all the tastes that you'll be embracing and will be able to answer any questions that you have. The types of cheese available vary and may include soft white cheeses, organic cheeses and washed rind cheeses. Your wine will be carefully selected to complement the cheese you will taste.
