Mountain boarding is a well established extreme sport, derived from snowboarding. The best way to describe a mountain board is to imagine a snowboard with wheels and you're pretty close. They're designed to be very rugged and fast across all surfaces, so whether you're on grass hills, gravel tracks, streets, or BMX courses they offer an extreme ride. It is this ability to ride such a variety of terrain that makes mountain boarding unique to other board sports. This experience is a great starting point if you want to get into the sport or just to enjoy a good couple of hours of adrenaline fuelled fun. This experience will begin with an introduction and safety briefing before being kitted out in some safety gear. Now you are ready to take on the hill. Your instructor will teach you the basic principles of mountain boarding, such as the correct stance for riding, how to stop and turn and then you will be given time to perfect your skills on your own.
