Set in West Dorset the 18th century farmhouse is home to Lesley and her cookery school. Courses are available with themes to match the seasons as well as many others such as Bread and Pastry Starters and Puddings and a Gluten and Dairy Free Day. All courses include the ingredients as well as a full lunch with wine. You will also take home a recipe pack containing details on everything you learn throughout your day so you can recreate these fantastic dishes at home.
