This voucher entitles you to the following treatments: - Lava shell back, neck and shoulder massage - the warm smooth shells will be glided over your back, neck and shoulders with varying pressure, techniques and precision to ease any aching muscles - Lava shell legs massage - again the warm smooth shells will be glided over the legs with varying pressure, techniques and precision. Hydrating oils will moisturise the skin as the shells help to revitalise and rebalance the body and mind. - Heavenly scalp massage - a massage to release the last traces of stress from your body, a great way to finish. Your treatments will last a total of 55 minutes and carried out by a fully-qualified beauty therapist. Once completed, enjoy the rest of the day using the facilities available. Perhaps you would like to exercise in the air conditioned gym or take part in one of the free classes including tai chi, pilates, boxercise and aerobics.
