Based on a bathing ritual, you will move through a series of heating and cooling experiences with the ultimate aim of inducing deep relaxation. At your own pace, spend time in the crystal steam room increasing your body’s temperature before entering the freezing cold igloo to invigorate the body and your senses! Perhaps you are more in need of a massage so spend time in the hydrotherapy pool with five stations, which work together to stimulate the major muscle groups. Or if it's perfect relaxation you're after then lay back in the tranquillity room where the soothing lighting and chilled water creates the ideal environment. You will also get to enjoy their heated bench and footbaths, sauna, as well as their unique shower grotto which offers 3 types of cold showers, the aroma cave, a wonderfully light aromatic steam room, and the caldarium, the perfect way to prepare yourself before the sauna, crystal steam room or sanarium. With around 17 different experiences to explore it is invigorating, relaxing, rejuvenating and above all, fun. You will be allocated 90 minutes to try out the different biothermal experiences. How you spend this time in the Aqua Spa is up to you.
